A. Alot of variables will determine the answer to this question, but construction of a new residential home generally takes 3 to 5 months from when the initial lot preporation takes place.

Q. Will I be able to personalize by choosing paint colors, lighting, and flooring?
A. Yes! Personalization is a big part of building your own home. You will meet with someone at our warehouse to choose the details to make it "your home."
